Common Service Questions and Answers
Q: Do I have to
make an appointment to bring my vehicle in? A: It is
highly advised to book a service
appointment. By doing this we can
properly ascertain your service requirements before you come in.
Q: (via telephone to Hobbs) "Hey
folks, what do you think this funny sound coming from my car/truck is?" (customer then holds telephone
speaker to car/truck
engine area).
A: While we can often give you advice as to what MAY be a
problem over
the telephone, it is often fairest to you (and to us) to bring
your vehicle in to us for a much more accurate diagnosis!
Q: How long will it take to fix my
vehicle? A: Routine maintenance and repairs can usually
be done the same day. If possible, always call
for an appointment before bringing your vehicle in. If you do not need
your service done immediately, you can book
an appointment online. Q: How do I get
back to work/home if I have to leave my car/truck with you? A:
Let us drive you back for free! Hobbs Automotive provides courtesy rides
back to your work or home (10 mile radius limit) at no charge. Q:
I have a older foreign car. Can you guys fix and maintain it for me? A:
No problem! Hobbs Automotive can repair most makes of foreign cars,
regardless of age.
